THE UNSW WAYFINDING PROJECT
This project was a proposal to upgrade the existing signage philosophy at the University of New South Wales Art & Design Campus at Paddington in Sydney.
The proposal incorporates color and symbolic iconography to guide new students, faculty members and visitors easily around the campus. Key locations in and around the campus are identified using a campus map app downloaded from the UNSW website combined with large signage located at strategic points.
With a high percentage of students from overseas, an important consideration is towards students and family member for whom English is not their primary language. Click on the images below to see a larger image and download the final proposal PDF using the link below.
